Leg Swelling

Leg swelling is a very common ailment. Most people are used to leg swelling being from heart or kidney problems, but it can also be from vein problems. People with vein problems have reflux. This reflux causes pressure to build up in the veins and that pressure causes water to leak into the leg causing swelling.

The swelling is often worse at the end of the day. Sometimes it can even be worse in one leg. There are some simple treatments to start with and if they don’t work there are easy non-surgical solutions as well.
